My 12 Week Redux

Definition~Redux: Adjective: Brought Back. What I want to bring back is a likeness of what my body used to be. After two kids and two years of dental hygiene school I guess I got kind of lazy.

No more! So I’m starting my 12 week redux.  I know I’m not going to lose tons of weight, I just want to tighten up my jiggly parts.  My plan is to cut out fast food and adding 45 minutes of  Yoga a day and  30 minutes a day on my elliptical.

Oh and of course, last but not least, pictures and measurements, dun dun duh (if you didn’t know, that’s my dramatic music). I’m hoping this will keep me on track!

I’m not really that concerned with weight as I hope to be adding muscle mass, which weighs more than fat!

Wish me luck!  Hopefully at the end of this people will be saying, “You have kids?” instead of “you look great for having two kids”!
